Returns must be received within 30 days upon receipt of the product(s) and must be returned in the same condition as it was received; clean and void of any chips or damage to the lenses or frame. This includes any alterations/damages or done by yourself or any third party, including your local Optician. Frames wanting to be returned, must be authorized by GlassesEtc before the return process is authorized. Frames returned damaged or modified from their original condition are not eligible for return.
Packages received after 30 days from date of delivery are no longer available for return or store credit and will be returned to sender (at the senders cost).
You may return the item(s) using your preferred courier service or a USPS Return Shipping label can be emailed to you. The cost for the label is $9.95 which will be deducted from the total amount eligible for refund.
Packages that are denied by receiver and automatically returned to GlassesEtc.com are no longer eligible for a refund. The items we send are ordered custom from the manufacturer and/or have custom lenses installed. Thus, denied packages are charged and are not eligible for refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 business hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 3-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
