- All orders are shipped with a FREE lens cleaner spray bottle and a GlassesEtc.com cleaning cloth.

- To reduce your shipping costs, the package weight must not exceed 1lb. The original product box will not be included in multiple items orders. GlassesEtc.com will ship the original box provided from the manufacturer at its own discretion.

Why do prescription orders require additional processing time?
Prescription orders are simply more labor intensive. Prescription lens production times may vary depending on frame style, prescription strength and lenses add-ons such as anti reflective coating, tint and other special requests.
We strive to deliver superior quality and use only the finest lenses and products to manufacturer your prescription lens orders. Our average lens production time is 5-7 business days.
