Any full rimmed GlassesEtc.com branded frames that are returned with prescription lenses installed using single vision polycarbonate lenses with the FREE standard UV coating are void of any return or restock fees! When Hi-Index, Progressive lenses, or premium coatings are added, our standard restock fees will apply. The restock fees are based on the type of lenses and frame selected (full rim, semi-rimless, or rimless frame) and are listed below:

Customers are responsible for return shipping to GlassesEtc.com should they wish to try a GlassesEtc.com frame for size and fit and return for prescription lenses. GlassesEtc.com offers an easy return label from Fedex that can be easily printed from your computer and affixed to your return package (the cost is $9.95 for this service - this fee is waived on high index or progressive lens orders). Any reshipment of product after the frame is received back to our facility (and lenses installed), will be subjected to our standard shipping charges - $5.95 for ground service - faster options are available for an incremental charge.
